ISFJ with a spiritual bent will like the Religion major at Amherst College. This very caring and attentive type will find the structure they need to comfortably work with their advisor in this abstract field. Three areas are required for mastery that allows undergraduates to successfully pursue graduate study.

They are precise knowledge of one particular religion, general knowledge of a second religion and the skills for prescient research in this historical discipline that strikes at the heart and soul of Mankind.

ENTP will be attracted to the Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought major. They like to jump into a difficult wide ranging discussion that has no near or long term finite truths. In the course titled, Quest for Justice, Amherst students attempt to make sense of the multiple interpretations of the rule of law so that the person on trial receives a ‘just application’ in the court room process.
