Amherst College : Compatibility with Personality Types and Preferences

With its orderly approach to offering a unique and wide ranging curriculum, Amherst appeals to personalities that are comfortable with structure and accountability (J).  At the same time, there is a wide, free range of choice within the pathways of any particular major or course of studies.
